Details of the Role:
As a Site-based Multi-skilled Construction Worker / Building Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in our projects. Embrace versatility and contribute to the success of construction projects and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with project managers and team members for project success. Execute skilled tasks in joinery, masonry, plumbing, civils, and general building works. Operate tools, machinery, and equipment safely and efficiently. Interpret drawings/specifications for accurate execution. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working area.
About You:
As well as being able to demonstrate your experience as a multi-skilled construction worker across a range of trades, you will also be able to bring the following to the role:
Strong understanding of building materials and construction methods. Ability to work both solo and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Good levels of stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions. Valid driving license and reliable transportation required.Preferred Experience and Licences/Certifications:
1 year’s Plumbing experience. 1 year’s Multi Skilled experience. CSCS. City & Guilds.
