The Role This opportunity gives you endless possibilities of work and activities to get stuck into. A mix of contentious and non-contentions work is involved within the role with a slight emphasis on contentious construction work. Responsibilities of the role include: * Assisting with the resolution of construction-related disputes such as the conduct of adjudications and court-based disputes, working for both claimant and defendants. * Working with large developers, construction companies, or corporate owners. * Opportunity to run adjudications and court-based disputes with a high degree of autonomy with great support. * There will be opportunities to perform non-contentious construction work - drafting and negotiation of construction documents. * Also potential to assist the real estate team on construction aspects such as development transactions including development obligations, warranties and copyright issues.
