SalaryWe are looking to speak with Construction Managers/Site Managers regarding a long term contract opportunity with a major Central Government client.
The initial duration of the assignment is 18 months with potential to be extended, offering great stability and job security through current uncertain times.
As Construction Manager you will be responsible for delivering to the Project Manager the construction phase of a project or projects and associated documentation to meet safety, quality, programme and cost objectives, by implementing the project strategy and using the defined arrangements within the Project Delivery Process, Execution and Quality Plan.
You will assist in the creation and maintain a culture of zero accidents or incidents relating to occupational and personal safety, security, health issues, and environmental matters.
Due to the sensitive nature of the assignment, details need to remain confidential at this stage however, essential skills and experience needed are:
- experience as Construction Manager/Site Manager
- relevant qualifications such as CSCS & SMSTS, NVQ L6 (aligned to discipline)
- background of working in highly regulated industries - nuclear would be preferred but open to other industries such as oil & gas, pharma etc.
Security Clearance: DV- current active required to start role & be onsite.
