Our client is seeking a dedicated
Facilities Manager to ensure the maintenance and security of its buildings on their site in Maidenhead. The role offers a salary of £46,467 per annum plus additional benefits. The successful candidate will manage the Caretaking and Cleaning teams, oversee health and safety compliance, and deputise for the Head of Estates. A recognised qualification in Facilities Management or substantial relevant experience, along with a NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety and IWFM membership, is essential. Candidates must live within a 30-minute drive of the site and complete an application and self-disclosure form.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain school buildings and site to high standards
