A Handover Project Manager is required to manage, organise and control Handover activities on a portfolio of projects or single Capital Project on behalf of the Senior Project Manager. We are looking for candidates with experience for a project within the handover phase and ideally within project management of infrastructure or facilities.
Key accountabilities:
- Management of Handover aspects of a Portfolio of projects or a single large project.
- Report to the Handover Team Leader in line with operating procedures.
- Provide handover status reporting and resource forecasting to the Handover Team Leader against project programmes.
Key requirements:
- H&S Compliance background
- Experience leading projects/workstreams.
- Project Manager background within facilities / infrastructure
- Knowledge of BSRIA / RIBA
- Previously responsible for a project within the handover phase
