SalarySuccessful management of a Project site, in conjunction with the Project Manager.
* Effective management of time, quality, cost, risk and resources on the project.
* Stakeholder management through the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with the allocated Project Manager to plan the project effectively
ensuring project requirements, specification, design drawings, health & safety
proposals are all read, understood and agreed.
* Ensure project programme is in place, escalating proactively where issues arise.
* Maintain and track progress, keeping records on file and copying weekly records to
the Project Manager.
* Maintain a safe site by ensuring all site H&S activities / directives / initiatives are
followed / enforced / maintained.
* Supervise and manage all site based operatives/sub-contractors overseeing all
aspects of their work.
* Communicate effectively and professionally at all times with the client, clients
representatives, project architect, local authorities, and all persons affected by the
project.
* Maintain accurate and up to date records for site attendance, site induction, toolbox
talks, accidents, goods received, weekly site records, safety site inspections, plant
register records permits and all related forms/administration.
