About your new company:
Our client is a fast-growing super prime contractor operating throughout the London region across both the prime residential and commercial fit & out refurbishment sectors with a prestige network of clients.
Due to continued growth our client is seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Project Manager with a proven track recorded of delivering projects across the prime residential / commercial sectors valuing between £1-5m.
Duties for the Construction Manager / Project Manager:
- Managing the construction phase to ensure trades / subcontractors are working to timescale / safely.
- Managing the programme, forward planning of trades.
- Issuing RFI's along with reviewing designs and ensuring trades coordinate
- Liaison between, client, subcontractors, architects.
- Producing report, administrating procore (in-house system)
- Attending client meetings
Requirements for the Construction Manager / Project Manager:
- Previous working experience of MEP and structural knowledge and understand the mechanics of the build.
- SMSTS, CSCS / First Aid
- Working as part of a small-team
- Strong communication skills
- Conversant with MS Office packages / pro-core (training will be given if needed.
- Previous experience using ASTA / MS Project would be advantageous.
