An amazing opportunity to join a contractor based in Slough, delivering projects nationwide whilst offering a full turnkey approach. This company have developed strong relationships with leading UK Construction Companies, Consultants, Architects, Local Authorities, and Academy Trusts. Working across a variety of projects from Theme parks, Airports all the way through to a standard office Fit out.
The Successful Candidate
Would have recent experience in Commercial and Industrial Fit out & come from a M&E background.
The right candidate would be someone based a commutable distance from Slough, SL3 or are willing to relocate, looking to stay long-term with a company & have a willingness to travel to various sites as will be looking over multiple sites. Have a good all rounded experience in Estimating/Quantity Surveying, Mechanical & Electrical, Facilities Maintenance, Commercial Fit out and Premises refurbishment.
Information on the role
- Managing a project from set-up to handover and evaluation
- Manage and ensure team are complying with project specification.
- Track and report at weekly client update meetings
- Planning of resources, including materials, labour, and sub-contractors
- Liaise with Site Safety Officer to ensure all standards are maintained.
- Liaise with the client on KPI development and implementation.
- Manage and maintain all H&S requirements.

- CSCS
What we’d like from you
- Proven Project Management experience in Commercial and Industrial Fit out & premises refurbishment
- Willingness to travel to Sites.
- Exceptional written and spoken English skills.
- Self-motivated personality
- Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude.
- Organisation and time management skills
- Experience with M&E, Facilities Maintenance, Estimating/Quantity Surveying, Commercial Fit out and Premises refurbishment.
