Our client is a top-tier national law firm, recognised for their excellence and expertise in the construction sector. Their Birmingham office is expanding, and they are seeking a talented and motivated 1-3 PQE Solicitor to join their well established non-contentious construction team.
Role Overview:
As a Solicitor within this non-contentious construction team, you will provide comprehensive legal advice on all aspects of national non-contentious building, construction, and engineering work. You will collaborate with a broad spectrum of clients from both the employer and developer sides, ensuring their projects are legally sound from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Work with clients across the entire construction industry, including employers, contractors, subcontractors, developers, and suppliers.
Legal Advisory: Deliver expert advice on all facets of non-contentious construction law, helping clients navigate the complexities of their projects.
Documentation & Compliance: Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, bonds, and guarantees.

Requirements:
Qualified solicitor with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience in non-contentious construction law.
Strong understanding of construction contracts and related documents.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and write clearly and persuasively.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
