A large, market leading global Property & Construction Consultancy is seeking an experienced Construction Project Director to enhance their dynamic team in Birmingham.

This pivotal role focuses on the logistics sector, offering a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and expand project operations.

The successful Project Director will play a critical role in shaping the consultancy's strategic direction in the logistics market.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing new business opportunities and winning work to ensure continuous growth in the logistics sector.
• Maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and professionalism.
• Overseeing the full spectrum of project delivery, from initial client meetings through to successful completion.
• Leading and managing a dedicated team, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence.

The Construction Project Director

• A degree in Project Management or a related field.
• Professional accreditations (such as RICS, APM, or equivalent) would be ideal
• Extensive experience in a consultancy environment, with a strong track record in the logistics sector.
• Proven ability to win new business and develop client relationships.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of running a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for client interaction and team management.
