Hyde is looking to recruit a Project Manager.

As a Project Manager at Hyde you will be working within the Asset Management & Sustainability team to assist in the successful delivery of major fire safety projects and structured planned works.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing major fire safety projects.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and sub-projects within larger initiatives, conducting regular feasibility studies.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress, measuring contractor performance against contractual obligations and agreed milestones; identifying potential delays and taking proactive measures to keep projects on schedule.
• Assist in the development and management of project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders (Local Authorities, consultants, and leaseholders) in connection with projects and planned programmes.

Skills and Experience Required

• Experience working with residential Construction Projects for structured and planned works.
• Understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to problem-solve.
