Location: Maudsley Hospital, London, SE5 8AZ

Pay: £20.92 per hour

Shift Pattern: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm (37.5 hours a week)

About the Trust

At South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust we provide the widest range of NHS mental health services in the UK. We also provide substance misuse services for people who are addicted to drugs and alcohol. Our staff serve a local population of nearly two million people. We have more than 230 services including inpatient wards, outpatient, and community services. We provide inpatient care for over 5,000 people each year and we treat more than 45,000 patients in the community in Lambeth, Southwark, Lewisham, and Croydon. As well as serving the communities of south London, we provide more than 50 specialist services for children and adults across the UK and beyond.

What you’ll be responsible for:

· Project manage specific training programs as required by Service Delivery Lead

· Lead Programme Manager for the operations of HubSpot and the SDT Programme Management Platform

· Work with key internal stakeholders and external Maudsley Learning trainers to organize and deliver training programs.

· Supervise administrative staff to ensure smooth running of training programs.

· Oversee the logistical and administrative support such as room bookings, catering orders, preparing the use of innovative educational methods, among others.

· Oversee the service with monitoring, updating, and reporting comprehensive course booking activity data.

· Work with the Sales & Marketing teams to ensure that clients and trainees needs are met through the delivery of training.

· Work with all other Maudsley Learning teams to provide timely analysis reports and costing for specific training programmes.

· Oversee the administration of the payment of external subject matter and clinical experts.

· Monitor and report on data relating to training programs.

You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

· An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS.

· Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times.

· A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation.

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

· Excellent communication skills

· Excellent organisation skills

· Previous NHS experience

· Previous Project Manager experience

This role may require you to show evidence of education to Degree level or at least 2 years relevant experience.
