Salary - £25,000 - £30,000 base + commission £20,000 (£45,000 OTE Year 1)

Location - Finchley office based role

This is an exciting opportunity for to become a 360 Recruiter with great training, development and commission schemes to allow you to reach your potential and earn whilst doing so.

So, what does the role involve?

• A 360 Recruitment role - managing client and candidate relationships alike
• Very client facing - you're encouraged to meet stakeholders face to face as much as possible

What will you learn?

• B2B sales - conducting calls, managing relationships and developing accounts
• Researching markets to deliver insights to drive business performance
• Participating in meetings and learning to negotiate
• Crafting social media content and job adverts
• Coordinating interviews and job offers

What will you need to be considered?

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Basic technical understanding
• Ability to take on and retain important information.
• Proficiency in oral and written communication skills
