Electrical Project Manager

Due to natural growth, my client is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join their team with the ability to lead and manage Electrical Projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

The Project manager will work with internal teams, including engineers, technicians, and contractors, to develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.

The individual will need to drive project progress by identifying and mitigating risks, resolving issues, and making timely decisions to keep projects on track.

Effective communication with stakeholders providing project updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.

The individual must be able to monitor project performance, including cost control, resource utilization, and quality assurance, and take corrective actions as needed to achieve project success while ensuring safety and compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and understanding of Electrical Project Manager.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Excellent communication skills
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification
• Full UK Driving Licence
