We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant ideally, with 2-3 years Construction Recruitment experience.

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from start to completion.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and select high-quality candidates.
- Utilise various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships with universities/organisations, to source and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure they meet client requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Construction Recruitment Consultant
- Strong knowledge of Construction Recruitment channels and sourcing techniques
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Driving license
