You'll use your extensive knowledge and experience of building services to maintain and enhance the facilities, services and utilities for the site's multiple buildings. interesting site with many technical facilities, including engineering laboratories, offices, and utilities as you plan and deliver various projects ranging from delivering complex new facilities to statutory You will join a small supportive team where professional development and training is provided and Site Maintenance Engineer role responsibilities: Undertake maintenance, inspection, and repair of plant in accordance with the agreed maintenance regime, including scheduling new tasks Documenting maintenance activities Check the facilities performance using the Building Management System daily for any alarms Maintenance and monitoring of HVAC systems to ensure continued acceptable temperature Carry out regular weekly walk rounds of the site to identify any facility asset deterioration and report, repair as needed and be first line for any alterations or new equipment Installation of new systems / equipment Respond to user requests for repair, maintenance and infrastructure enhancements Site Maintenance Engineer requirements: Good understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems A proven background in plant, facilities and building maintenance services Experience of management and completion planned preventative maintenance to a high Respond to user requests for repair, maintenance and infrastructure enhancements A strong Mechanical and Electrical skillset, ideally with an emphasis on Mechanical Engineering City & Guilds or BTEC National qualification or equivalent in a mechanical/electrical engineering discipline Enjoys working on multiple diverse projects at a variety of scales.
