Your new role
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on the Construction Site. This includes managing workers, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations, and reporting on project progress. You will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record as a Site Supervisor in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of building processes and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to problem-solve under pressure. A relevant qualification in construction or engineering would be advantageous. CSCS card and a SSSTS certificate are required.
