The Role:
As a Solicitor focussing on non-contentious construction matters, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on various construction documents and contractual arrangements. Your responsibilities will encompass working on complex and high-value development schemes, including negotiating performance bonds and guarantees, drafting bespoke forms of building contracts, and collaborating with a diverse client base.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 1 to 6 Years of PQE in non-contentious construction matters
- Experience in drafting and negotiating building contracts, sub-contracts, and collateral warranties/third party rights
- Familiarity with various methods of procurement, including design and build, traditional procurement, and construction management
- Ability to provide strategic advice on issues during works on site and post-practical completion
