Sellick Partnership are excited to be working with a leading global construction and engineering consultancy who are looking for a Construction Solicitor/ Senior Construction Solicitor to join them on a permanent basis.

The successful Construction Solicitor will be able to enjoy flexible working, as well as a host of other benefits.

Our client is looking for someone with prior experience in the construction sector who has knowledge of professional appointments and service contracts.

As a Construction Solicitor/ Senior Construction Solicitor, your role will include, but is not limited to:

• Reviewing Professional Services Contracts
• Preparation and negotiation of a wide range of construction documentation and contracts
• Review and manage the contractual arrangements of global projects
• Undertake contractual negotiations
• Advice and support on implementation of legal risk management policies
• Report to the Regional Management Boards
