THE COMPANY
The successful Consultant will be defining the strategy for clients using predictive analytics. This boutique analytics consultancy work with a range of Private Equity firms across buy/sell side in sectors such as Retail, Leisure, CPG, Media and Tech mainly and this is a unique opportunity to work in a client-facing role whilst also being very technical with tools such as Python.
THE ROLE
As a Consultant, you will be scoping out project requirements, whilst having the responsibility of delivering significant commercial uplift to a wide range of clients across multiple industries using predictive analytics.
You will develop and implement strategic value creation plans focusing on market expansion and operational optimisation, collaborating general consultants, to ensure successful project delivery within a 10-week timeframe.
Recent projects include leading US market expansion initiatives and optimising menus, as well as working with a major UK retailer to streamline their product range and reprice portfolios. This role requires strong strategic, analytical, and collaborative skills to drive significant value for clients.
For specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Working alongside data professionals to solve commercial problems
- Creating data and analytics roadmaps and working ambiguous problems into tangible strategies
- Using tools such as SQL, Python
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Consultant will have the following skills and experience:
- Ideally have come from a Consultancy, hands-on in a data/analytics role
- Previous technical work and understanding of tools such as Python for predictive analytics
- Strong ability for strategic thinking and problem solving
- Excellent communication & stakeholder skills
THE BENEFITS
The successful Consultant will receive a salary between £50,000-60,000 with benefits including a 10-20% bonus
