Role Overview:
As the Strategy & Analytics Manager, you will collaborate with the Strategy Director to enhance the data governance, establish a single source of truth, elevate BI reporting, and shape the long-term data strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive data governance initiatives to ensure data integrity and security.
- Develop and maintain a single source of truth for all data-related activities.
- Enhance BI reporting capabilities to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead the creation and implementation of a robust long-term data strategy.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with business goals.
- Analyse complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

- Proven experience in data governance, BI reporting, and analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
- Background in financial services is a plus.
