This role sits within the Healthcare Advisory Division at Ipsos. Operating across the business we work with other departments and markets within Ipsos and our clients as a leading strategy consultancy. Healthcare Advisory, has open roles for Consultants & Senior Consultants with a specialism in healthcare/life sciences and medtech to join our consulting team.
You will be joining a fast-paced and challenging working environment for a team who is passionate about providing clients with the best commercial strategic direction.
What will I be doing?
Our Consultants are entrepreneurial thinkers that inspire, create, and deliver new solutions that confront the challenge and promise of new technologies and markets. They are expected to play a leading role in client engagements, as well as proposing solutions, executing and managing deliverables, and junior team-members.
Typical engagements include guiding innovation, creating commercial strategies, understanding customers, helping inform public policy and portfolio planning.
The role will be part of a strategy consulting team that works across many industry sectors, but this role requires a specialism in life sciences, healthcare, or medtech.
You’ll join a unique team of whole-brain thinkers who come from backgrounds as diverse as market research, brand management, consulting, finance, design, market access and start-ups – all of whom come together with a diversity of ideas to transform the worlds of consulting, market research, and branding.

What do I need to bring with me?
The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of both analytical and creative skills to bear on our client’s problems: someone who is as comfortable in building a model as when creating a brand identity for a new launch.
- Professional experience in the healthcare or life sciences sector, either in consulting or in an industry-side commercial / marketing role/agency-side
- Strong project management skills
- Demonstrate leadership skills
- Strong business acumen, critical thinking and applied analytical skills
- Creative with deep interest in brands and marketing
- Passionate about working on technologies, brands and initiatives that could change healthcare for the better
- Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal Huge personal impact and ability to influence and tell a compelling story
