To undertake programmed activities in radionuclide and general imaging. Opportunities for development of the existing service exist and will be supported where they reflect and support the needs of the local population and the development plans of the trust. To undertake programmed activities in PET-CT and radionuclide imaging including SPECT-CT Provide ARSAC/Clinical Support for the day to day running of the Nuclear Medicine and PET-CT departments. To support general reporting across UHL To support emergency imaging across UHL Support radionuclide and PET-CT imaging in the East Midlands through Network arrangements Supervise junior medical staff To lead/take part in multi-disciplinary team meetings, To contribute to the training of the Specialist Registrars on the East Midland Deanery (South) radiology training scheme. To supervise and train as appropriate skill-mix physics staff, radiographers, and non-medical staff in their present and anticipated roles. To support and participate in audit, research, teaching and administration. To take part in the on-call rota within UHL and assist in the provision of weekend radiological support for the Imaging service.
