JOB TITLE:Senior Analyst, Consumer Insights(Europe) – FULL TIME
REPORTS TO: Director, Consumer Insights (NA)

OVERVIEW:
This position reports to the Director, International Consumer Insights located in the United States, and is primarily responsible for all phases of consumer research which is critical in our mission of developing 5 star products and services through working in conjunction with Product Development, Marketing, Quality, Engineering and Consumer Services teams.
LOCATION: London, England
Here are some of the EXCITING things you'll get to do:
- Design, execute, manage, report both quantitative / qualitative market research studies based on team's needs.
- Effectively communicate study results with UK/EU cultural context, as a representative of UK/EU consumers, frequently presenting to senior leadership.
- Synthesize / Track historical research results to build on effective strategies in each category.
- Plan any of new researches from the scratch which are necessary for our business.
ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:
Education / Experience Requirements
- BA degree or equivalent. Masters is desired but not required.
- 4+ or similar experience in hands on market research/Consumer Insights.
- Experience of the full phase of quantitative custom research, specifically product / communication evaluation studies.
- Experience with research within the CPG industry preferable.
- Qualitative research experience specifically moderation is preferable.
Expected Areas of Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
- Skill set to handle various market research studies in various categories.
- Good balance of strong strategic, critical thinking skills and being detail-oriented.
- Good sense of deriving fruitful implication leading to effective business strategies, based on the insights found with great understanding of the consumers' psychology / behavior and market.
- Thrives in a hands-on, dynamic, agile, and very fast-paced environment.
- Multi-function capacity and flexibility to deal with ambiguous situations.
- Desired but not required: European language skills (German, French, Spanish, and/or Italian.
