Our client, a global media company, is seeking a Survey Operations Analyst, Consumer Insights temp who can support the Research Operations team with their customer engagement activities.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Supporting with programming, QA, sampling, and deployment tasks for surveys across a range of territories and languages.
· Supporting with translations tasks and processes in collaboration with Research Managers and Operations Managers.
· Developing a deep understanding of the partners’ research needs.
· Creating effectives testing strategies.
· Driving the development of first-class customer engagement and retention policies.
Requirements:
· Previous professional experience in marketing, Consumer Insights, or project management.
· Experience with market research is desirable.
· Bachelor's degree.
· Experience in deploying, programming, and/or writing surveys.
· Proficiency in English and one of; French, Spanish, Swedish, Portuguese, Japanese German, Italian, or Dutch is beneficial.
· Possess presentation skills for research methodologies and findings.
· Understanding of basic statistics is desirable.
· Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams.
· Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyse data.
· Proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word, SPSS, Tableau is preferred.
· Experience presenting complex data sets into clearly written communication is preferred.
· Enthusiasm for film and television production and programming.
