As a Business Analyst in Operations, you will be handling business requirements from Business to Development with support of external systems.
Responsibilities
- Business Analysis documentation regarding tasks from Business performed by Development
- Manage external systems for setup and requirements to improve:
- Banking Orchestrator
- Transaction Monitoring System
- Payment and Acquiring Processor
- Digital Identity Solution
- Card Processor
- Support and upgrade existing documentation Close work with COO from business side and Product Manager from development side
Requirements
- Understanding of wired and other types of transactions
- Experience with cards operations for Visa and Mastercard
- Familiarity with AML and transaction monitoring processes
- Banking and funds risk management
- Understanding of how customer support is working, although no exact customer support job should be done (no direct communication with customers is required, but CS specialists will come with requirements)
- Understanding of how reconciliation processes work
- Knowledge of API and SDK and their functionality
- Understanding how our internal system works with external services
- Fluent in English
- Proactive and problem solving approach
- Good understanding of prioritisation of tasks and importance of issues Ability to see the full scope of the task before development starts
