As an Operations Specialist, you are accountable for producing high quality surveys and updates, special reports and projects, benchmarking and other time saving services. Attention to detail, process improvement and identifying efficiencies to improve client delivery are fundamental aspects of this role. You are also responsible for creating strong, trusting, highly valued relationships all members of the Client Services team.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Program and test surveys
Update and maintain questions on surveys
Build custom reports using in-house analytic tools
Manage username and passwords to data portal
Facilitate and manage internal processes/documentation updates
Forecast and prioritize use of time and expectations internal teams and self
Troubleshoot programming errors
Identify and create efficiencies
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
