To fast-track our growth we have an exciting, newly created role for an experienced Operations Manager to join the Go to Market team. We are looking for you to play a crucial role in shaping our strategic & operational planning and executing game-changing initiatives. Does this sound like your next step? Location: Kings Cross, London or Portsmouth.
Where do you fit in?
As the Consumer Operations Manager you be will responsible for leading and overseeing strategic initiatives across the consumer side of the marketplace. This will include managing key operational aspects such as timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring high-quality execution of initiatives looking to drive demand across the consumer side of the market. Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with the key cross-functional stakeholders you will take control of the effective execution of new ideas to bring in opportunities to ensure the success and growth of our Go to Market strategies.

What do you need to succeed?
- Skilled in data management: Proficient in SQL, Redash and/or Power Pivot
- Analytical mindset: Excellent ability to define and analyse data, extracting key information and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Ownership and accountability: You will have a proven track record in owning and executing plans that help operational growth and success.
- Leadership: Inspire and drive cross functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
- Identify strategic initiatives: Identify, develop and implement groundbreaking strategies unlocking growth in our trade member base, overseeing projects from inception to delivery.
