Job description

Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for an expanding organisation in the Droitwich area who are seeking an experienced Customer Service & Complaints Handler to join their successful team. The company will consider candidates on a full time or part time basis, with WFH options after training and probation is completed. The role is on a temporary to permanent basis.

  • Full-time hours (35h): 09:00 - 17:00 / 11:00 - 19:00 (Weekly Rotating).
  • Part-time hours:
  • 25 h: 09:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 19:00 (weekly rotating).
  • 30h: 09:00 - 15:00 / 13:00 - 19:00 (weekly rotating).
  • Two weekend days per month required. Saturday hours are 08:30am - 16.30pm and Sunday hours are 09:00am - 14:00pm.
  • 50% of the working hours can be worked from home after satisfactory completing the full training ( approx.1 month).

Duties and tasks will include:

  • To answer all incoming calls for Willowbrook Ltd or any other product lines and convert this call to an appointment which meets the Company criteria.
  • To verify with the customer that all data is correct, that all information relevant to the Advisor is included in correct "Comments" fields, and that the customer is advised of the appointment date & time.
  • To ring through all new leads and all outstanding leads on a daily basis to convert to an appointment which meets the Company criteria detailed within the Call Compliance Procedure.
  • To pass all appointment lead sheets and quotation request sheets to the relevant Sales Coordinator unless the appointment is able to be "self-confirmed".

  • B2C Telemarketing and call centre experience
  • Target driven and self-motivated.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Good listener, resilient with a strong focus on empathy and integrity.
  • Excellent telephone and computer skills, such as office applications, emails and CRM systems.
