Contact Centre Sales Agent - Southend on Sea
We are proud to be working with a leading insurance provider who are looking to grow their telesales team with experienced agents.
The Role:
The Contact Centre Sales Agent will conduct professional inbound and outbound communication with clients, offering new and renewable products that are available. All the data is warm, and contact is with expiring customers or customers that have opted into being contacted.
Be proactive in renewing existing policies, increasing customer loyalty, and creating new sale opportunities through high volumes of outbound/inbound calls.
Provide excellent and friendly customer service, maintain diary systems to manage customer contact times and respond to and resolve customer queries.
You would be working Monday to Fridays only (no weekends or bank holidays), 35 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern of 9am to 5pm one week and 11am to 7pm (12pm 8pm on Tuesday) the next.
The Candidate:
In addition to being a first-class communicator with excellent customer service skills you will be a confident self-starter and have the ability to build effective relationships, positively influencing colleagues and clients to become a trusted advisor and valued team member.
For this role you would have confidence conversing with customers and building effective business relationships. With drive and determination to achieve goals, working to targets and be proficient in Microsoft packages.
Experience within an FCA regulated environment is desirable.
