Position: Contact Centre Team Leader
Role Overview:
As a Contact Centre Team Leader, you'll play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our successful Contact Centre. Assist the Contact Centre Manager in coaching and supporting the team, ensuring adherence to procedures in booking and reviewing appointments via telephone inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Motivate and lead the team to achieve targets.
- Ensure outstanding customer service provision.
- Manage HR processes, including training and development plans.
- Review telephone data, take relevant actions, and conduct call compliance.
- Assist/deliver workshops and team meetings.
- Review and amend training material and process policies when required.
- Answer incoming calls for other product lines, converting them into appointments.
- Ensure adherence to company processes and policies.
Working Hours:
- Full-time: 09:00 – 17:00 / 11:00 – 19:00 (Weekly Rotating).
- Two weekend days per month required.
- Responsibility for a team of office workers (3 days/week) and hybrid workers (2 days/week).
Salary and Benefits:
- £26,000 basic salary with OTE £31,400.
- 28 days holiday per year, additional days based on length of service.
