Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival Ltd is an unusually diverse and exciting environment in which to work, including on the annual international Brighton Festival that takes place all over the city and its surrounding area for the month of May. Alongside the flexible Brighton Dome Concert Hall we recently launched the newly redeveloped midscale Corn Exchange, Studio Theatre, and our new creative space for artists to collaborate in, Anita's Room. It's an exciting time to join us and to start making some noise in these venues for a discerning, appreciative and adventurous audience from across the city of Brighton & Hove, and beyond.

We are looking for someone who is creative and collaborative, with demonstrable confidence and competence producing and programming successful Contemporary Music events. There is scope for your ideas and vision to become a reality. You're adept at bringing popular acts/ big name artists from the touring circuit and blending them within a programme that includes curated strands/ one-offs that show off your creative flare, inclusive nature and culturally curious outlook. You work well with a diverse range of people, with excellent communication skills, who can manage budgets and demonstrate exceptional organisation and administration skills. Knowledge of live music performance is essential; this might be from touring, artist management, venues, progamming, producing, labels. A range of genre experience is welcomed; specialisms and cultural expertise is desirable. We want you to be outgoing, collaborative and to readily use and develop your artistic networks in this role, whilst serving and developing artists and audiences. We wholeheartedly believe that the arts can change lives and are looking for someone to join us in that aim.
