Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Content & Community Manager for our client based in Hurst.

Role: Content & Community Manager - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Location: Hurst

Responsibilities

  • Create customer-centric content across digital platforms such as social media, CRM, and members platform.
  • Lead community management efforts to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and engagement.
  • Manage the content budget and monitor performance KPIs.
  • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns utilising segmentation and personalisation strategies.
  • Curate exclusive and informative content, including videos, blog posts, and expert collaborations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive social media strategy and content calendar.
  • Manage social media platforms, staying updated on trends, optimising content, and monitoring performance.
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing strategies, identifying and cultivating relationships with aligned influencers and brand ambassadors.
  • Measure and analyse the impact of influencer and brand ambassador campaigns, providing insights for future partnerships and campaigns.
  • Maintain and develop the brand ambassador programme, implementing changes based on industry insights and learnings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with wider business goals and campaigns.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Significant experience in marketing communications, preferably in FMCG markets.
  • Experience in influencer marketing.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills.
  • Ability to develop and manage content and social media campaigns.
  • Agency management experience.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop & Illustrator.
  • Familiarity with FMCG categories.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok.
  • Experience using social media management tools.
  • Knowledge of email marketing and CRM platforms.
