Role overview
We are looking for an entry-level Content Coordinator to support website maintenance and project execution for a large B2C client. Reporting to the Technical Content Manager, you will build consistent and reliable digital experiences, and develop interesting ways to deliver these through balancing user needs with our goals.
As a Content Coordinator at Brandwidth, you will:
- Create and edit content using Adobe Experience Manager
- Quality check that preview pages look as expected before being released to the client for approval
- Provide regular updates to the Project Manager about the project's progress
- Understand project risks and support the wider delivery team to mitigate them
- Keep Jira up to date with accurate use of swim lanes, status type and clear actions so that project progress is visible at a glance
- Use Jira to ensure clear communications with the internal and client teams
You will bring:
- At least 6 months experience working with Content Management platforms
- Understanding of Jira or similar ticketing systems required
- Adobe Experience Manager experience is desirable
- Clear passion for digital technology and the use of content to guide digital transformation
- Meticulousness and good command of the English language
- Excellent interpersonal communication and time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure
- Knowledge of website layout, including important principles and best practices a bonus
- Pro-active and problem-solving nature
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is desirable
- Experience working in a digital agency is desirable
- Experience working with enterprise-level blue-chip companies is desirable
