In order for our message and brand to be recognised we are looking for a Content Marketing Executive, who will work with the marketing management team to develop and execute content plans that support the annual marketing and quarterly milestone plans.
This hands-on role requires the ability to demonstrate creative flair partnered with strong copywriting skills and the ability to disseminate information from a diverse stakeholder group. The role will have autonomy and breadth and is suited to somebody who enjoys variety but is comfortable creating content in an insurance regulated environment. This could be inhouse at another broker / insurer or through free lance / agency work with a financial services client.
Key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Create a wide variety of content such as blogs, news items, website pages, social media posts, brochure-ware and newsletters.
- Plan, research, create and distribute content to support all aspects of our insurance business including retail, franchise and wholesale areas
- Act as the Group’s Content Marketing champion, liaising with all areas of the business to develop content opportunities
- Produce engaging content across a range of different audiences/media and the ability to adapt style to suit the channel and target audience
- Produce quarterly milestone plans based on business needs, current trends, and opportunities across the Group
- Create a content environment where quality is valued over quantity and ensure that it hits the brief
- Ensure brands have a consistent narrative across their digital channels – from site, to email, to social to search – one that reflects their proposition/goals.
- Deliver increases in off-page engagement (social, email, etc.) and demonstrate growth in audience sizes.
- Provide content insights to the business and the wider Marketing team to create a continuous improvement loop.
