Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Content Marketer to join our growing marketing team. This role involves crafting compelling written and visual content that enhances brand visibility and engagement for both Dezrez and Dezrezlegal. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing successful content strategies and delivering high-quality content across various platforms.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and implement content strategies that align with the company’s goals and target audiences for both brands. Create high-quality, SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
- Social Media Management: Design and execute engaging text and visual content for social media channels to increase followers and engagement. Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content strategies.
- Email Marketing: Craft and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and updates to nurture leads and retain customers.
- Collateral Production: Design and produce marketing materials such as website images, brochures, flyers, and presentations to support sales and marketing efforts.
- Manage Industry Event Coordination: Take charge of booking and organising key industry events, collaborating closely with event hosts and stakeholders to guarantee seamless execution.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure a consistent message and brand voice across all content and platforms.
- Analytics: Regularly analyze and report on the performance of Content Marketing efforts to identify opportunities for improvement.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in Content Marketing, preferably in a tech, SaaS, or real estate environment.
- Experience managing SEO, social media, email marketing, and graphic design tasks.
- Proven track record of creating impactful content that drives engagement and leads.
- Previous experience in both B2B and B2C settings is highly desirable.
- Experience of award applications and successes would set a candidate apart
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong Writing and Editorial Skills: Excellent ability to produce clear, persuasive, and original content.
- Artificial Intelligence Skills: Solid grasp of AI content generation technology with the ability to get consistent results of both written and visual content.
- SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Visual Design Capabilities: Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools.
- Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to leverage data in making content decisions and to measure the effectiveness of content strategies.
