Hays is proud to be exclusively working with an established business within the construction industry in Sheffield. We are recruiting for a Business and Marketing Administrator, a brand-new position that has been created due to expansion and success.
Your new role
As a Business and Marketing Administrator, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations team and supporting our compliance manager. If you are a naturally positive character and enjoy working in a friendly team, then read on! This role will be fast-paced and varied, no two days will be the same.
Your role:-
- Processing new paperwork received from site
- Producing reports for the relevant teams
- Deal with supplier invoices and speak directly with our customers
- Follow up on quotes and report back to the team with your findings
- Answer the main office line and direct calls to the relevant team members
- Assisting with building the online presence of the company
- Assist purchasing with ordering of equipment and PPE
This is an exciting time to join the Business and, as this is a new position, we are looking for someone who is not afraid to share ideas!
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of working within administration, you should have decent Excel skills, be super organised and be a real team player. We are looking for a candidate who is looking for a permanent position and who wants to grow along with the business.
