Job Title: Project Administrator

Location: Doncaster

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)

Summary of Position:

Our client, a construction sub-contractor, is looking for a Project Administrator to join their team. The Project Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Design Manager as part of the Project Delivery Team.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Downloading client documentation.
• Attend design meetings.
• Updating project schedules.
• Producing drawings for approval.
• Preparing samples and data sheets.
• Organising physical samples.
• Submit drawings, schedules, and samples for client approval.
• Track comments and amendments.
• Submit enquiries to suppliers for pricing.
• Place orders with suppliers.

Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes:

• Confident user of CAD.
• Experience within a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent IT Skills, including Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Ability to perform to deadlines both for colleagues and customers.
• Ability to multitask across multiple projects at once with conflicting priorities.
• Excellent planning and scheduling skills with strong priority management and accurate attention to detail.
• Flexible, 'can-do’ attitude to achieve short notice requirements and turnarounds, delivering excellent service.
• Team player.
• Great time management skills to organise effectively and ensure deadlines are met.
• Experience in the construction industry, sub-contractors or joinery sector would be beneficial.
