Content & Pr Senior Marketing Executive

Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Content and PR Senior Marketing Executive for our client based in Bracknell.

Role: Content and PR Senior Marketing Executive - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Location: Bracknell

Salary: 43,000 per annum

The role involves:

• Working with the channel owners to make sure that content created meets the needs of the channel and is consistent with the annual marketing calendar
• Contributing in frequent sessions with the content team to establish themes and activity to deliver against the content calendar
• Driving valuable content (video, imagery, live education, copy writing & ambassador partnerships) through the business
• Staying abreast of competitor activities in the industry to ensure we are leading on content for all suppliers
• Reviewing and monitoring relationships with suppliers to deliver joint content plans across trade & retail for both UK and CE
• Working in partnership with the Education & Training Manager on how the business collaborate' s to create helpful customer facing content for the total business
• Working collaboratively with the Success team to develop content creation plans with the team to ensure we maximise resources and investment in the group
• Champion excellence when it comes to quality content, understanding our varied customer base across all businesses
• Drive efficiency across the content team, maximising resources
• Executing the PR calendar for both trade & retail across the UK and CE including strategy, goals, and budget
• Managing the relationship with the PR agency as the day-to-day contact
• Working in collaboration with social media manager to identify and establish a team of influencer partners for the organisation and manage communications, campaigns and day-to-day partnerships with them
• Identify, define and maintain the partnerships that the organisation should have with key associations
• Develop and execute the charity strategy for the organisation, identifying the right partners and develop the fundraising plan on an annual basis
• Responsible for maintaining content files
• Review the effectiveness of content across all channels, including content maintenance, out of date assets, etc
• Responsible for the efficient, consistent and correct translations across all the organisations channels
• Raise POs, check invoices and actively support the Head of Content and Creative on the content and translation budget reconciliation & forecasting
• Continuously look for ways to be more effective and increase budget ROI
• Effective, educational, inspiring market specific content delivered on time for all channel owners and stakeholders
• Delivering content that is market specific for all businesses within the organisation
• Managing the creation of content that delivers on all aspects of the annual marketing plan in full
• Cross-functional working, ensuring that the output of the content team meets the needs of all stakeholders within and outside of the marketing team
• Effective communication and visibility of content plans and deliverables, managing expectations within the wider business
• Effective agency management and development of direct reports

• Experience with creating content
• Experience with managing agencies
• Ability to maintain and build a rapport both internally and externally
• Experience with managing budgets
• Self motivated and well organised
• People management experience would be beneficial
