SalaryA friendly firm based in Manchester is seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their talented team of solicitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a full range of contentious estates matters independently, including capacity disputes, will validity disputes, equitable estoppel, constructive trusts, administration disputes, and 1975 Act cases.
- Build and manage a caseload of Contentious Probate cases, including will validity disputes, 1975 Act claims, and estate administration disputes.
- Work within a supportive team environment, seeking guidance and support from colleagues and the head of the department when needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years PQE in Contentious Probate matters, demonstrating a strong understanding of the relevant legal principles and procedures.
- Capable of working autonomously on complex Contentious Probate cases while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Proven ability to build and manage a caseload of Contentious Probate matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution for clients.
