A legal 500 ranked firm require a Solicitor with 5+PQE to join their Dispute Resolution department with a focus on Contentious Probate.
Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a designated caseload alongside senior solicitors and the Department Manager
• Handling clients’ cases efficiently and cost-effectively
• Upholding the firm’s professional standards and adhering to its quality protocols
• Keeping clients fully apprised of the firm’s service offerings
• Supervising junior staff, including trainees, periodically
• Contributing to business development and networking initiatives

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold a minimum 2.1 degree
• Possess a minimum of 5 years’ PQE
• Preferably hold an ACTAPS qualification
• Demonstrate business development and networking proficiency
