QED Legal are seeking a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join our top client's growing Dispute Resolution team based in their Chelmsford, Essex office.
Our client has a top tier Wills Trusts and Probate team which you would be working alongside with, you will have excellent business development skills and a strong client following/referral network.
We are looking for senior individuals who put client service at the heart of their practice and are looking to move up in the ranks to develop a team of ambitious legal professionals.
This opportunity is ideally suited for a quality solicitor and who has extensive experience dealing with complex Private Client Litigation matters.
Experience & Skills:

• Strong track record of Business Development 
• Experience of people management and mentoring
• Technically strong, skilled at developing good relationships and strong on attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong team work ethic, self-motivation, ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Must be able to work closely with other team members.
• Ability to negotiate.
