Contentious Probate Solicitor

We are proud to be representing our top legal client in their search for a Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their team in Chelmsford. This is an excellent permanent opportunity that offers flexible hybrid working. 
Key duties to include: 

• Dealing with trustee disputes, family provisions and will changes. 
• Provide general counsel to key clients and stakeholders. 
• Delegate paralegals and support staff with appropriate case work. 
• Undertake fee earning tasks in accordance with firm expectations. 
• Complete networking and business development tasks. 

The successful candidate will have: 

• A minimum of 2 years PQE. 
• Strong experience managing a varied and full caseload of Contentious Probate matters. 
• Strong work ethic and attentive to the small details. 
• A team player and willing to develop your skills.
