Contentious Probate Solicitor

Achieve Professionals is currently seeking an enthusiastic Contentious Probate Solicitor to join our law firm client based in Leicester.

Position:Contentious Probate Solicitor - NQ to 2 Year PQE

Location: Leicester

Salary: £36,000 - £45,000 pa

Experience & Responsibilities

• Based in Leicester, the successful candidate will sit as part of the firm's litigation team dealing solely with a Contentious Probate matters, supporting the HoD.
• You will assist on a diverse caseload of Contentious Probate and Trusts matters to include contesting the validity of wills, inheritance act disputes, trustee disputes and estate disputes.
