ISQ Recruitment is excited to work with a leading international manufacturing company based north of Norwich.
The purpose of the role is to support Head of Operations in achieving quality standards of the company in accordance to legislation and procedures.
Key Responsibilities

• Managing Health and Safety issues for the department.
• Engineering and technical.
• Use workplace techniques to improve flow and eliminate waste.
  Coach and train team members on process improvements.
• Preparing reports detailing findings.
• Work with Managers and team members to identify areas in need of. improvement.
• Support 5s activity for production areas.

Candidate profile

• Proven track record of leading and implementing continuous improvement.
• Initiatives, to equalling Green belt level.
• Delivering improvement through 5s principles.
• IOSH Managing safely.
• Excellent understanding of continuous improvement Six Sigma Lean
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
