Your Role as Continuous Improvement Manager will include:
* Previous experience in a CI role
* Coaching and mentoring a variety of functions
* Metric monitoring and verification
* 5s, Fishbone, 6 Sigma, Lean & Kaizen

The successful Continuous Improvement Manager will have:
* Proven experience of improving teams and engineering processes
* Electrical, Electronics or technical leadership Masters Degree
* Commutable to Manchester
