Continuous Improvement Manager - Chessington, London

Roles & Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to create an environment that focuses on best practice and process improvement activities to ensure that Resort processes are adding value to both guests and staff.  

Responsible for continually looking for ways to improve efficiency across the Resort and improving performance of key metrics, you will focus on our primary product - our amazing Rides & Attractions!

You will also be responsible for training, coaching and developing a wide and diverse range of team members at different levels through internal courses to become confident in using CI tools and techniques, allowing them to identify where improvements could be made and supporting with the implementation of these improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma
  • Strong attention to detail and experience in planning and executing improvements within required timescales
  • Ability to collect, read and analyse data in order to communicate with objectivity and independence
  • Comfortable challenging the status quo and be open minded to other’s suggestions
