Continuous Improvement Specialist

This is a great opportunity for a passionate Continuous Improvement Specialist to deliver end to end process improvement and drive quality standards.  You will play an active role in driving change ensuring the company achieves its growth plans whilst delivering world class manufacturing.  You will develop a culture of excellence. 
Key responsibilities:
-  Role model and drive a culture of Continuous Improvement across all manufacturing teams and processes.  
-  Focus on HSEQ. 
-  Deliver improvement initiatives and projects. 
-  Use data to identify trends and take appropriate action for improvements. 
-  Provide ongoing training. 
-  Support lean processes and 5S. 
-  Prepare monthly updates making recommendations. 
We are looking for candidates with relevant skills and experience to include:
-  Proving track record implementing ongoing Continuous Improvement initiatives within manufacturing facilities.
-  Project management and implementation. 
-  Sound understanding of CI tools and techniques. 
-  Strong understanding of HSE. 
-  Excellent communicator and ability to train others. 
-  Strong system skills and using data to drive performance. 
-  Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
