Job description

Siemens Healthineers is looking for a Contract Administration Executive, and the role comes with an attractive salary and benefits package, including the chance to join a collaborative and inclusive team. This is a full-time permanent position. This is primarily a home-based role with travel to the Camberley office as required.

The Contract Administration Executive (DX) will be responsible for the management and processing of customer contracts, enquiries, and pricing requests whilst maintaining contractual compliance and high levels of customer satisfaction. They will conduct defined projects and activities in an efficient and positive manner, quickly gaining the respect of both internal stakeholders at all levels and our customers. The role will be split 85% with Siemens Core Contracts with a 15% learning aspect on the 3rd Party Contracts side of the business.

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining the highest levels of accuracy, stay calm under pressure, have meticulous attention to detail and work well within a team are essential for this role.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Deliver the tasks associated with the Contract (85%) and 3rd Party Contract (15%) departments which includes internal contract management, maintenance of customer pricing, generating new quotations, monthly invoicing, and the resolution of customer price queries.
  • Requesting the creation/amendment of customer accounts & master data.
  • Support and deliver the pricing excellence (indexation) project from start to end which includes customer communications and management of the process whilst resolving customer queries.
  • Work closely with the DX sales teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Manage a shared email inbox, taking ownership of customer queries and responding in a timely manner whilst maintaining a positive and professional understanding of their needs.
  • Drive continuous improvements in the department by identifying system and process improvements such as standardisation and digitalisation of processes.
  • Build and maintain strong internal relationships with other departments and colleagues.
  • Attend ad-hoc team meetings and company update calls.

  • IT literate with an understanding of Outlook, excel and internet tools
  • SAP experience would be an advantage
