Contract Administrator - Salary up to £30,000

We are working with a nationwide Facilities Services company who are looking to bring a Contract Administrator into their London office based in Battersea. This is a full time, temp-to-perm role fully office based with an Immediate Start.
Our client is looking for someone who is motivated and works well as part of a team. Previous helpdesk experience is essential, although additional training will be provided to assist you with continuous learning within the role.
Key Responsibilities of the role of Contracts Administrator:
- Receiving and logging maintenance helpdesk requests which come through via email and telephone
- Working closely with the engineering team and sub-contractors for attendance on site
- Producing and emailing purchase orders for required works
- Maintain office records and ensure they are kept up to date
- Carry out general administration duties in the office
Qualifications required:
- Previous experience in a Helpdesk or Contract Administration role is essential
- Previous experience with CAFM systems
- Previous experience of managing multiple inboxes
- Excellent customer service skills and good telephone manner
- The ability to use MS Office packages
